胎盘血管瘤是一种良性绒毛血管瘤,临床少见。我院从1983年6月至1986年2月仅发现4例,现报告如下。例1,31岁,1983年6月11日下午4时入院。患者主诉腹部增大迅速伴呼吸困难半月余,末次月经1982年11月21日,预产期1983年8月28日。既往流产2次,足月分娩2次,现健存1男婴。体检,神清,BP100/60,呼吸平稳,腹部高度膨隆,腹围96cm,宫底高度43cm,胎位右骶前,胎心音132次/分。B超检查报告为:胎儿双顶径80mm,胸径72mm,腹径84mm,胎盘厚度29
