邓小平制度建党思想的提出,源于对党的历史教训的深刻总结,是党的地位、任务变化的客观需要。它阐明了民主集中制的重要性,提出了新时期干部队伍建设方针,强调党规党法与国法的统一,是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。在发展社会主义市场经济的条件下,邓小平制度建党思想对于我们保持和发展党的先进性、提高党的执政能力和水平、实现决策的科学化和民主化,都具有重大意义。
The proposal of Deng Xiaoping’s system of building party building thought originated from the profound summary of the party’s historical lesson, which is an objective need of the party’s status and mission change. It clarified the importance of democratic centralism, put forward guidelines for the building of a contingent of cadres in the new era, and emphasized the unification of the party’s party law and the national law as an important part of Deng Xiaoping’s theory. Under the condition of developing the socialist market economy, Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on building the party system is of great significance to our efforts to maintain and develop the advanced nature of the party, to enhance the party’s ability to govern and to achieve scientific and democratic decision-making.
