目的了解梅州市托幼机构消毒状况,为托幼机构疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法依据《消毒技术规范》和《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案(试行)》进行采样监测。结果 2009年监测1 444份,合格率97.51%;2010年监测1 428份,合格率97.19%;2011年监测692份,合格率95.09%。结论该市消毒质量逐年呈下降的趋势,仍需加强托幼机构消毒工作的监督管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of nurseries in Meizhou and to provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and control in nurseries. Methods According to “Disinfection Technical Code” and “Guangdong Province medical institutions, nurseries disinfection quality monitoring technology program (Trial)” for sampling and monitoring. Results In 2009, 1 444 were monitored with a pass rate of 97.51%; 1 428 were monitored in 2010 with a pass rate of 97.19%; 692 were monitored in 2011 with a pass rate of 95.09%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in the city is declining year by year, and the supervision and management of disinfection work in nurseries should be strengthened.
