〔目的〕用电化学方法制作吡咯啶二硫代氨基甲酸铵电化学修饰玻碳电极。研究铅在该电极上阳极溶出伏安特性。建立一个简便快速的尿中铅的新方法。〔方法〕经配位体 PDCA与甲醛来修饰的玻碳电极 ,在含铅磷酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,经循环伏安测定铅的阳极溶出峰。〔结果〕本方法的最低检出限为 0 .0 0 0 1μg/ ml,在浓度 0 .0 0 0 2 5~ 0 .85 0 μg/ ml,其峰高与铅浓度成良好的线性关系 ,其相关系数 r=0 .996 ,相对偏差 s=0 .0 5。〔结论〕该方法具有灵敏度高 ,选择性、重现性好 ,简便快速及测定中无汞的污染的优点。对尿中铅的分析 ,不需对样品进行消化而直接测定。
[Objective] Electrochemical modification of glassy carbon electrode of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate was made by electrochemical method. Lead on the electrode in the anodic stripping voltammetry. [Conclusion] The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, selectivity, reproducibility, simple and rapid, and no mercury pollution in the determination. The analysis of urinary lead does not require direct digestion of the sample.
