本文综述十二指肠炎(DI)有关进展。详细介绍DI的分类和发病机理,将DI分为原发及继发性。在原发性DI中着重提到与幽门弯曲杆菌的关系。继发性DI分急性与慢性;急性感染性DI与细菌、病毒等感染有关;急性非感染性DI与急性心肌梗塞、急性肾功能衰竭等重要脏器衰竭有关。慢性感染性DI可由细菌、螺旋体、真菌、寄生虫等感染引起。慢性非感染性DI与小肠其他部位炎症、邻近器官及全身性疾病密切相关。本文对DI病理,内镜下表现、X线特征、临床表现及治疗作了介绍。
This article reviews the progress of duodenitis (DI). Details DI classification and pathogenesis, the DI is divided into primary and secondary. Mentioned in the primary DI with the relationship between Campylobacter pylori. Secondary DI points acute and chronic; acute infectious DI and bacteria, viruses and other infections; acute non-infectious DI and acute myocardial infarction, acute renal failure and other important organ failure. Chronic infectious DI can be caused by bacteria, spirochetes, fungi, parasites and other infections. Chronic non-infectious DI and other parts of the small intestine inflammation, adjacent organs and systemic diseases are closely related. In this paper, DI pathology, endoscopic findings, X-ray features, clinical presentation and treatment were introduced.
