课程执行力是一个“理论—计划—实践”的过程,课程是思想,执行就是实施。幼儿教师的课程执行能力具体包括三方面的能力:第一是课程理解力,教师明确教什么?学什么?为什么要学?第二是课程运作能力,教师要明确什么时机学?什么方法学?学到什么程度?第三是课程创生能力。教师要明确为什么要调整?怎么调整?为谁而调整?围绕幼儿园开展的《幼儿教师的课程执行力》课题活动,结合本班幼儿年龄特点,开展了生活化的集体舞教学,努力探索幼儿集体舞教学的新途径,在促进幼儿多元智能发展中,提升教师的课程执行力。
