本文以人外周血淋巴细胞非程序DNA合成(UDS)为观察指标,对职业接触铅的21名男工进行了测试。结果表明接触组与对照组之间没有显著差异。因此,铅不诱导人淋巴细胞的UDS。
In this paper, non-procedural DNA synthesis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes (UDS) as an indicator, the occupation of lead exposed 21 male workers were tested. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the exposure group and the control group. Therefore, lead does not induce UDS in human lymphocytes.
