传统的园本培训注重培训效率和知识传输,脱离了当下青年教师的知识结构与心理特点,甚至出现青年教师“培训时激动、回想时感动、教学时不动”的现象。青年教师数量的快速增长,固然会使传统模式下的园本培训效果随着培训受众面的扩大而呈现“反比例”的减弱趋势。但更重要的是,当前青年教师专业素质和人文素养的整体提高,要求园本培训强化对教师个人成长需求的关注,甚至完全根据其业务水平与综合素质制定发展规划。
The traditional garden-based training focuses on training efficiency and knowledge transfer, from the current young teachers’ knowledge structure and psychological characteristics, and even the appearance of young teachers such as “being excited when training, touching when thinking back, and not moving when teaching.” The rapid growth of the number of young teachers, of course, will make the traditional mode of the park-based training results with the expansion of the training audience showed “inverse proportion ” trend of weakening. But more importantly, the overall improvement of the current professional qualifications and humanistic accomplishments of young teachers requires that this training focus on increasing the demand for personal growth of teachers, and even make development plans based entirely on their professional level and overall quality.
