目的:分析医院船赴菲律宾人道主义医疗援助手术患者围术期感染因素,总结有效的预防控制措施。方法:回顾性分析赴菲律宾人道主义医疗援助期间医院船手术室完成的44例手术,针对遭受“海燕”台风侵袭的菲律宾人民的伤病特点及医院船的特殊环境,制定并采取相应的预防措施。结果:44名患者在医院船住院7~10天,手术后无一例感染,直接返回家中。结论:制定有效的手术室感染预防控制措施,提高医务人员无菌操作的依从性,是预防及控制手术后感染发生的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the perioperative infection factors in the hospital for humanitarian medical aid operation in the Philippines and summarize the effective preventive and control measures. Methods: A retrospective analysis was carried out on 44 surgeries performed in hospital operating rooms during the humanitarian medical aid to the Philippines. According to the injury characteristics of the Filipino people suffering from Typhoon Haiyan and the special environment of the hospital ships, a corresponding Precaution. Results: Forty-four patients were hospitalized for 7 to 10 days in the hospital. No infection occurred after the operation and returned directly to their homes. Conclusion: To establish effective prevention and control measures for operating room infection and to improve the compliance of aseptic patients with medical staff is the key to prevent and control the postoperative infection.
