外语学习与外语人才的培养是教育界以及学术界不断在探索和分析的话题,各高校教师和研究人员分别以管理学、教育学、语言学等角度提出了很多建设性的建议和意见。当下,一带一路战略在我省的实施再一次掀起了关于外语人才培养的讨论的高潮,但大多数学者都是从语言课堂教学及外语人才应用能力的角度进行分析,忽略了人才培养过程中的言语习得和言语应用的心理因素。因此,尝试从心理语言学角度联系教学实验进行实证研究,探究外语语言习得和应用过程中的心理机制,以期打破外语教学的固有思维,探寻培养外语人才的新策略。
Foreign language learning and the cultivation of foreign language talents are topics that the educational circles and academics are constantly exploring and analyzing. Teachers and researchers in colleges and universities have put forward many constructive suggestions and opinions respectively in the aspects of management science, pedagogy and linguistics. At present, the implementation of the Belt and the Road strategy in our province once again set off the culmination of a discussion on cultivating foreign language personnel. However, most scholars analyze this from the perspective of language classroom teaching and the ability of using foreign language talents, ignoring the fact that during the process of personnel training Psychological Factors of Speech Acquisition and Speech Application. Therefore, attempts to make an empirical study of teaching experiments from the perspective of psycholinguistics and explore the psychological mechanism in foreign language acquisition and application process in order to break the inherent thinking of foreign language teaching, to explore new strategies for cultivating foreign language talents.
