我院最近遇到一例黄蜂蜇伤并发昏迷的病例,现报道如下,供临床参考。冯××,女性,48岁,农民,住院号A0032950主因黄蜂蜇伤后昏迷二天,于1981年6月27日住院。两天前,患者被一个黄蜂蜇伤上唇部,当时局部剧痛,10分钟后突然不省人事,四肢厥冷,血压曾不度降至80/60毫米汞柱,但无呼吸困难或发绀,也无全身起“泛疙瘩”或抽搐。发病后即急送县医院救治,经两天治疗无效,遂转来本院。既往体健,无过敏性疾病史,从无蜂类蜇伤史。
