1990年2月至2011年7月,我们采用包皮皮瓣成型术(也称选择性包皮切除术,简称包皮整形术)治疗包茎,包皮过长病人198例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组198例,男性.年龄19~47岁,其中包茎136例占68.69%,包皮过长62例占31.31%,已婚者139例占70.20%。1.2治疗方法术前检查,准备,麻醉同包皮环切术,术中切开包皮,在充分暴露出龟头的前提下包皮切除范围如图所示:以尿道口为6点,切除1或2点至4或5点及7或8点
