人性化管理就是以人为本,以法为据,以德为纲,以情为线,做好管理工作。人性化管理能理性地照顾到人的生理特点、情感特点和社会特点,所以能最大限度地调动人的自觉性和积极性,就能充分发挥管理效能,使各项管理工作更加规范化、条理化和科学化。对学生实行科学管理是盲校教育中一项重要的工作内容。因为既要照顾到学生的生理缺陷,又要达到规范的管理标准,所以必须对学生实行人性化管理。
