篮球运动中的体能是保证运动者在激烈的运动与训练中能合理运用攻守技术并准确地投篮得分的重要方面,本文主要结合笔者自身多年的教学经历,从体能概念种类的研究入手,强调体能训练对篮球训练的意义,阐述了体能训练的方法,对篮球训练的体能训练提出了具体的要求,从而促进篮球训练的体能训练健康开展,同时给广大同仁提供借鉴和参考价值。
