班集体是学生成长的重要园地,班级是初始化的社会群体。搞好班集体建设,能培养学生的集体观念和集体责任感、荣誉感,形成正确的集体舆论,树立良好的班风、学风,同时能逐步培养学生自我教育、自我管理的能力,使学生真正成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的合格的新世纪人才。那么,如何进行班集体建设,如何有效地进行班级的日常管理呢?笔者以为“以人为本”的班级管理模式是有效的手段。
