铁路是人们出行的重要工具,人们的生产生活离不开铁路。现阶段铁路施工企业的健康持续发展,与铁路施工项目的成本控制是密不可分的。成本控制始终贯穿于铁路施工项目的全过程中,对铁路施工项目全过程的所有费用进行控制,有效降低铁路施工项目的成本投入,促进经济效益的获取,提高工作效率。本文对铁路施工项目成本控制的意义和方法措施进行分析,以期提高铁路施工企业的竞争力、社会效益和经济效益。
Railway is an important tool for people to travel, people’s production and life can not be separated from the railway. The healthy and continuous development of railway construction enterprises at this stage is inseparable from the cost control of railway construction projects. Cost control is always running through the whole process of railway construction projects, controlling all the costs of the whole process of railway construction projects, effectively reducing the cost investment in railway construction projects, promoting the access to economic benefits and improving work efficiency. This article analyzes the significance of railway construction project cost control and methods and measures to improve the competitiveness of railway construction enterprises, social and economic benefits.
