“七五”期间,原煤全员效率取得了突破性进展。主要表现在:原煤全员效率突破1吨,达到了1.027吨/工,结束了多年徘徊的局面;每年以0.05吨/工左右的幅度增长,初步走出了一条增产减人的路子;依靠科技进步和加强劳动管理,涌现出了象晋城、潞安、大同、阳泉、邢台等一批高产高效矿井。但进一步提高原煤全员效率,目前还存在着短期内难以解决的困难和问题。
