在江苏省吴县市太平镇,武装部长冯寿根善抓征兵工作是出了名的。“进藏兵”、“驻港兵”、“总部兵”、“潜水兵”他都送过,而且个个思想好、文化高、身体棒。 同行们都挺羡慕老冯抓征兵工作的本领,却不知他有独特的“三招”。
