18β-甘草次酸钠对抗氯仿诱发的小鼠室颤、氯仿-肾上腺素所致兔室性心律失常,延长CaCl_2所致大鼠室性心律失常出现时间,减慢大鼠和兔心率,部分对抗异丙肾上腺素的心率加速作用。
18β-sodium glycyrrhetinate against rabbit induced ventricular fibrillation and chloroform-adrenergic ventricular arrhythmias induced by chloroform, prolonging the time of occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias induced by CaCl 2 in rats, and slowing the heart rate of rats and rabbits. Isoproterenol accelerates heart rate.
