抗战时期,为了适应抗战需要和推进妇女解放运动,中国共产党迫切需要培养一批能干而又专职的妇女工作干部。围绕这一中心,通过多种途径,注重方式与方法,以思想素质、作风素质、军事素质为内容,培养工作能力强、责任感强、团结意识强的妇女干部。
During the war of resistance against Japan, in order to meet the needs of the war of resistance and promote the women’s liberation movement, the Chinese Communist Party desperately needed to train a cadre of capable and full-time women’s cadres.
