秦农,1961年生,四川省名山县人,中共党员,陕西广播电视大学经济学教授。陕西财经学院贸易经济系1979级毕业生,经济学学上。2001年受国家留学基金委委派在英国诺丁汉大学做现代远程教育访问学者;2002—2007年分别获得北京师范大学教肓经济与管理硕士和博士研究生结业证书。从教31年,历任陕西电大教学处处长、科研处处
Qin Nong, born in 1961, is a member of the Communist Party of China in Mingshan County, Sichuan Province, and professor of economics at Shaanxi Radio and Television University. Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics Department of Trade and Economics graduate 1979, economics. In 2001 by the State Scholarship Council appointed University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom as a modern distance education visiting scholar; 2002-2007 respectively, Beijing Normal University teaching and economic economics and management master’s and doctoral graduate certificate. From teaching for 31 years, served as Director of Shaanxi Radio and Television Education Department, research everywhere
