随着社会的发展,人们在追求产品丰富度的同时,也越来越重视产品质量。市场竞争围绕质量管理展开,全社会也逐渐形成越来越浓厚的质量文化氛围。在企业生产和服务质量形成的诸多要素中,人员的质量在企业产品质量中起着重要作用。因此,如何基于质量管理视角进行人力资源管理显得越来越重要。本文首先阐述了人力资源管理与质量管理之间的关系,然后提出了基于质量管理视角的人力资源管理策略,以期为企业运作提供更加贴切的方向。
With the development of society, people are paying more and more attention to product quality while pursuing product richness. Market competition around the quality management started, the whole society has gradually formed a more and more strong culture of quality. In the many factors that form the production and service quality of enterprises, the quality of the staff plays an important role in the quality of the enterprise’s products. Therefore, how to manage human resources from the perspective of quality management is more and more important. This article first elaborated the relationship between human resource management and quality management, and then put forward a strategy of human resource management based on the perspective of quality management, in order to provide a more appropriate direction for the operation of the enterprise.
