以玉米抽穗前期幼叶作为材料,应用mRNA差异显示技术(DDRT-PCR)分析亲本与杂交种之间杂种优势表现,从基因差异表达方面来探讨玉米杂种优势的机理。结果表明,杂交种和亲本之间存在明显的基因差异表达,差异表达模式可分为单亲表达一致型、双亲共沉默型、单亲表达沉默型和杂种特异表达类型4种。对12个性状进行相关分析,结果表明,在72个相关系数中有10个相关显著。对于4种不同差异表达模式和12个性状的中亲优势(MPH)进行相关分析,在72个相关系数中仅有2个达到显著或极显著水平。对于4种不同差异表达模式和12个性状的超亲优势(BPH)进行相关分析,在72个相关系数中有4个达到显著或极显著水平。
Using the young leaves of early heading stage of maize as material, the heterosis performance of parents and hybrids was analyzed by DDRT-PCR, and the mechanism of maize heterosis was discussed from the point of gene differential expression. The results showed that there were significant gene expression differences between hybrids and parents, and the differential expression patterns were divided into four types: single-parent-identical, parent-silent, single-parent and silent-type. Correlation analysis of 12 traits showed that 10 out of 72 correlations were significant. Correlation analysis of four different differential expression patterns and MPH among 12 traits showed that only 2 of 72 correlation coefficients reached significant or extremely significant levels. Correlation analysis was made between 4 different differential expression patterns and 12 trait super-parents (BPH), and 4 out of 72 correlation coefficients reached significant or extremely significant levels.
