随着全面小康社会的到来,图书馆的发展既面临着前所未有的机遇,又面临着严峻的挑战,在此关键时期,图书馆的常态化转型特别重要。图书馆作为重要的文学、科技、信息等资源供给地,其常态化转型发展模式关系着各类信息管理的效率,影响着信息的共享程度,以及各类信息的完整性。因此,在面向全面小康的环境下,有必要对图书馆的常态化转型发展模式进行研究。
With the advent of an overall well-to-do society, the development of libraries faces both unprecedented opportunities and severe challenges. During this critical period, the normalization of libraries is of particular importance. As an important source of literature, science and technology, information and other resources supply, the normalized transformation and development mode of a library is related to the efficiency of all kinds of information management, affecting the sharing of information and the integrity of all kinds of information. Therefore, under the environment of facing all-round well-off, it is necessary to study the normalization and transformation mode of libraries.
