介绍图书馆知识供应链的定义,从知识供应链的视角分析图书馆馆内及图书馆联盟内外知识共享手段,阐述基于知识供应链图书馆与用户以及与其他外部环境的知识共享手段,提出基于知识供应链的图书馆知识共享措施,指出要进一步优化传统的组织结构,开展业务流程再造,构建合理的评价机制。
This paper introduces the definition of library knowledge supply chain, analyzes the knowledge sharing methods both inside and outside the library and library union from the view of knowledge supply chain, and expounds the knowledge sharing method between knowledge supply chain library and users and other external environment, Knowledge supply chain library knowledge sharing measures, pointed out that we should further optimize the traditional organizational structure, business process reengineering, build a reasonable evaluation mechanism.
