低沸点吡啶硷是合成药物、人造橡胶、表面活化剂及各种高分子的宝貴原料。目前全世界低沸点吡啶硷的年产量还远在一万吨以下。我国頁岩油和低溫煤焦油工业中可回收的高沸点吡啶硷很多,所以制取低沸点吡啶硷具有重大意义。中国科学院石油研究所进行了在高溫(750—900℃)下高沸点吡啶硷脫烃基以制取低沸点吡啶硷的研究。吡啶硷类在高溫下脫烃基过程中伴随有显著的縮合反应,会生成大量焦炭,因此降低低沸点吡啶硷的
Low-boiling pyridine base is a valuable raw material for synthetic drugs, elastomers, surfactants and various polymers. At present, the annual production of low-boiling pyridine bases in the world is still far below 10,000 tons. China’s shale oil and low-temperature coal tar industry, the high boiling point of pyridine a lot of pyridine, so the preparation of low boiling point pyridine base is of great significance.
