遗留生问题研究对于建立遗留生教学管理及服务制度,帮助遗留生尽快完成学业具有重要意义。电大遗留生管理有了一定的基础,但还存在很多不足,主要表现为:遗留生的管理重心在基层电大,而中央广播电视大学到目前为止还没有任何关于遗留生的规定;遗留生数量庞大,情况复杂,但是缺乏系统深入的统计分析;对遗留生的教学服务制度尚未形成,很多工作流于经验和偶然;遗留生管理制度尚未建立,缺乏统筹协调。本研究旨在通过对北京广播电视大学遗留生信息的统计分析,尝试建立北京广播电视大学遗留生管理相关制度,形成遗留生管理工作机制,为遗留生提供教学管理服务和学习支持服务。

The legacy management system has not yet been established and there is a lack of overall coordination. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legacy information of Beijing Radio and Television University and try to set up the system of legacy management of Beijing Radio and Television University to form a management mechanism for legacy students and provide teaching management services and learning support services for legacy students.
