路桥区是台州市的三大主体城区之一,经济繁荣,治安复杂,曾一度被列为浙江省街面“两抢”犯罪最为突出的13个重点县(市、区)之一。台州市公安局路桥区分局从构建和谐社会和建设“平安路桥”的高度,于2004年4月29日组建了巡逻防控警察大队,在路桥城区实行“网格化”巡逻新机制。“网格化”巡逻工作开展以来,路桥的社会治安形势有了很大的改观,取得了一定的工作成绩和社会效果。文章对路桥“网格化”巡逻机制的形成背景、运行模式、工作成效、存在问题、发展方向等作了较为全面系统的回顾、总结、剖析、思考。
Luqiao District is one of the three main urban districts of Taizhou. With its prosperous economy and complicated public order, it was once listed as one of 13 key counties (cities and districts) with the most prominent “two snatch” crimes on the streets in Zhejiang Province. From the height of building a harmonious society and building “Ping An Road & Bridge”, Taizhou Public Security Bureau Luqiao Branch established a patrol prevention and control police unit on April 29, 2004 and implemented a new mechanism of “gridding” patrolling in the downtown area of Luqiao. Since the “gridded” patrol work has been carried out, Luqiao has made great changes in the social security situation and has achieved certain achievements and social effects. The paper makes a comprehensive and systematic review, summary, analysis and reflection on the formation background, operation mode, work efficiency, existing problems, development direction of the “grid” patrol mechanism of road and bridge.
