房展会历来是房地产的一个“晴雨表”。伴随着北京房地产业的发展,房展会从1993年至今,也经历了从无到有,从蹒跚走步到快速成长和到今天的整合经营的全过程。反过来,北京房展会在十余年的风风雨雨中,也见证并参与书写了北京房地产发展的辉煌历程。2003年9月4日—7日在国贸中心展览大厅举行的北京秋季房展曾创下6个展厅,1 50个项目,近700个展位的北京房展规模的历史之最。然而,一年以后的2004年北京秋季房展却只有90余家楼盘项目汇聚于国贸拼抢市场。除却房地产政策和市场的影响之外,这种反差与北京房展行业本身的发展也有着密不可分的联系。简单回顾一下北京房展发展的十余年历史,历史的沧桑就这样走来。
