目的讨论住院老干部心理实施相应的心理护理干预的效果。方法选取2015年8月至2016年4月,在本院住院的50例老干部进行研究,在临床护理中对其心理进行分析,并实施针对性的心理护理,观察护理前后的各项分值。结果护理后患者的SAS与SDS评分明显优于护理前,且护理后患者生活质量也有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于住院老干部实施针对性的心理护理干预,可以有效的改善其临床症状,缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of mental nursing intervention in hospitalized veteran cadres. Methods From August 2015 to April 2016, 50 veteran cadres hospitalized in our hospital were studied, their psychology was analyzed in clinical nursing, and targeted psychological nursing was conducted to observe the scores before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly better than those before nursing, and the quality of life of patients after nursing was also improved. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The targeted psychological nursing interventions for veteran cadres in hospital can effectively improve their clinical symptoms, relieve the patient’s bad emotions and improve their quality of life.
