随着磷肥、冶金及氟工业的发展,氟化物成为大气污染中引人注目的问题。氟化物对人体,牲畜及植物均有较大危害性,大气中含ppb量的氟化物可使某些植物枯死。氟化物在大气中主要以氟化氢状态存在。我们应用自制的Y—1型氟离子选择电极对环境水质分析方面进行了一些工作之后,建立了大气中氟化物含量的分析方法。此法与灵敏的、正色反应的氟试剂(茜素络合酮)分光光度法对照,取得一致的分析结果,但较分光光度法大为简便与快速。
With the development of the phosphate fertilizer, metallurgy and fluorine industries, fluoride has become a noticeable problem in air pollution. Fluoride on the human body, livestock and plants are more harmful, the atmosphere containing ppb of fluoride can make some plants dead. Fluoride is mainly in the form of hydrogen fluoride in the atmosphere. After applying some home-made Y-1 type fluoride ion selective electrodes to environmental water quality analysis, we established an analytical method for the fluoride content in the atmosphere. This method and the sensitive, positive reaction fluorine reagent (alizarin complex ketone) spectrophotometric control, obtained consistent analysis results, but more than the spectrophotometry is simple and fast.
