基质金属蛋白酶由于其能降解细胞外基质(ECM)、调节新生血管的形成,因此在恶性肿瘤的发生发展、新生血管形成及转移中具有重要作用。金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)是基质金属蛋白酶家族的成员,研究发现MMP-2与胃癌的发生有密切关系,可以在胃癌患者血清及组织中检测到高表达的MMP-2,且其表达水平与胃癌患者的预后之间存在相关性。本文综述了MMP-2与胃癌相关研究的进展。
Because of its ability to degrade the extracellular matrix (ECM) and regulate the formation of new blood vessels, MMP plays an important role in the development of malignant tumor, neovascularization and metastasis. Metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) is a member of the matrix metalloproteinase family. It has been found that MMP-2 is closely related to the occurrence of gastric cancer and high expression of MMP-2 can be detected in the serum and tissues of patients with gastric cancer There is a correlation between the level and the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. This review summarizes the progress of research on MMP-2 and gastric cancer.
