车床定程器俗名“靠山”,主要是用它不同长度的定程螺杆来碰撞安装在车床溜板上的固定触头,以控制工件在轴向长度上各档台阶之间的尺寸,可以说是每台车床上不可缺少的附件。根据车床的特点和操作习惯,定程器的安装型式一般有三种: (1)端面式(图1),它与车头转动方向相一致,绝大多数用于六角车床。 (2)顶置式,水平转动,见图2。 (3)侧面式(图3),转动体与机床主轴平行。
