自20世纪70年代年代以来,我国的核电的发展经历了从无到有的进程。目前我国的核电选址主要集中在滨海地区。根据近年来我国核电工业产业集群化趋势,我国滨海将出现核电站和核电工业的密集区。通过综合分析已建和在建滨海核电项目的选址过程,从项目与所在海域海洋开发活动的协调、海洋环境保护的角度,就核电站选址需要关注的若干问题进行初步探讨,为核电选址相关海洋要素的规定提出一些建议仅供参考。
Since the 1970s, the development of nuclear power in our country has undergone a progression from scratch. At present, China’s nuclear power sites are mainly concentrated in the coastal areas. According to the trend of China’s nuclear power industry cluster in recent years, China’s coastal areas will appear nuclear power plants and nuclear power industry in intensive areas. Through a comprehensive analysis of the process of siting and construction of the Binhai nuclear power project under construction and from the coordination of the project and marine development in the sea area and the protection of the marine environment, some issues needing attention in the siting of the nuclear power station are discussed. Relevant provisions of the marine elements put forward some suggestions for reference only.
