本文旨在结合富宁县农业产业结构调整,粮、经作物争地矛盾突出,粮食生产压力大的实际,在总结玉米杂交化良种工程和玉米高产创建发展成效及基本经验的基础上,针对富宁县玉米生产现状及存在问题,提出在玉米生产的优势区域内建设高产示范区,通过引进优良品种、科学施肥、旱作节水、规范栽培等科技集成创新手段,不断扩大良种覆盖率和提高单产水平,以典型示范和辐射带动的方式,推广运用新技术、新成果,努力挖掘玉米增产潜力,促进大面积平稳增产,全面提升玉米综合生产能力,保障农业增效、农民增收和粮食安全.
