金石学在北宋兴起时,汉碑就已经成为文人学士的关注重点。由于年代久远,很多见于古人著录的汉碑已经荡然无存。幸运的是,近些年地不爱宝,许多汉代碑刻纷纷现身,而且其中很多是通过科学手段出土的,真实性毋庸置疑。这既使我们得以面对古人无从得见的更多珍贵文史资料,又为我们研习汉碑书法提供了更加宽广的道路。今谨就目力所及,选取汉碑小品15种,按时代、风格、书体等要素,略加评释,以飨读者。
