This study investigated the antigenic frequency of HLA A.B.C.DR and DQ in 50 cases of essential hypertension (30 cases at phase Ⅱ and 20 at phase Ⅲ) and 100 cases of normal {persons.}The results showed that:(1)The frequency of HLA B75 antigen was increased significantly in essential hypertension, especially in the patients at phase Ⅲ of essential hypertension.(2)The frequency of HLA CW6 antigen increased in phase Ⅱ of essential hypertension as well as in phase Ⅲ of the disease, but not significantly.(3)On comparison between phases Ⅱ and Ⅲ of essential hypertension,we found that the frequency of DR1 antigen increased in phase Ⅲ of the disease. The results suggest that the HLA B75 and DR1 in essential hypertensive patients might be a high risk and susceptible factor to phase Ⅲ of the disease, and would be an inheritable marker to phase Ⅲ of hypertension as well,meanwhile;CW6 might be susceptible to the development to cardiomyopathy at phase Ⅱ of essential hypertension.
This study investigated the antigenic frequency of HLA ABCDR and DQ in 50 cases of essential hypertension (30 cases at phase Ⅱ and 20 at phase Ⅲ) and 100 cases of normal {persons. } The results showed that: (1 The frequency of HLA B75 antigen was increased significantly in essential hypertension, especially in the patients at phase Ⅲ of essential hypertension. (2) The frequency of HLA CW6 antigen increased in phase Ⅱ of essential hypertension as well as in phase Ⅲ of the disease , but not significantly. (3) On comparison between Ⅱ and Ⅲ of essential hypertension, we found that the frequency of DR1 antigen increased in phase Ⅲ of the disease. The results suggest that the HLA B75 and DR1 in essential hypertensive patients might be a high risk and susceptible factor to phase Ⅲ of the disease, and would be an inheritable marker to phase Ⅲ of hypertension as well, meanwhile; CW6 might be susceptible to the development to cardiomyopathy at phase Ⅱ of essential hypertension.
