目的 :观察低剂量 5 氟尿嘧啶 /顺铂联合方案持续输注治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法 :2 1例晚期胃癌予以 5 氟尿嘧啶 /顺铂方法治疗 ,5 氟尿嘧啶 0 2 5 /m2 /d、顺铂 6mg/m2 /d通过微量注射器深静脉持续性输注 2 1h ,连续应用 2 4d为 1疗程 ,休息 10d后重复 ,2疗程及以上评定疗效及毒副作用。结果 :2 1例晚期胃癌中 ,CR 2例 (9 5 % )、PR 10例 (4 7 6 % )、CR +PR 5 7 1% ,毒副作用为白细胞减少 ,血小板减少 ,恶性呕吐及粘膜炎 ,未出现Ⅲ度以上毒副反应。结论 :以生物化学修饰剂作为基础的 5 FU/DDP联合疗法 ,其临床近期疗效高 ,毒副作用低 ,有可能成为晚期胃癌的标准方案之一。
Objective: To observe the short-term efficacy and toxicity of continuous infusion of low-dose 5-fluorouracil / cisplatin in advanced gastric cancer. Methods: Twenty-one patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin. Perfusion of 5-fluorouracil 0.55 / m2 / d and cisplatin 6mg / m2 / d was performed continuously for 21 hours by microinjector deep vein for 24 hours 1 course of treatment, rest 10d after the repeat, 2 courses and above assessment efficacy and side effects. Results: Among 21 patients with advanced gastric cancer, CR 2 (95%), PR 10 (476%) and CR + PR 5 7 1% had side effects of leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, vomiting and mucositis , Did not appear more than Ⅲ degrees of toxicity. Conclusion: The 5 FU / DDP combination therapy based on biochemical modifier has high clinical efficacy and low toxic and side effects, which may become one of the standard protocols for advanced gastric cancer.
