Due to market changes, local governments actively introduced a number of preferential policies to stimulate demand, while most owners provided financial incentives to attract tenants. In the past year, the demand for the Grade A office space in Beijing showed a gradual upward trend. The domestic financial institutions occupy the main force of the Grade A office market leasing demand, so that the large single-frequency in 2009 is now.
