目的分析博爱县西关村麻疹暴发原因,为控制麻疹提供科学依据。方法整理2008年3-4月份博爱县麻疹流行病学调查资料,并进行分析。结果博爱县西关村暴发麻疹的原因有:①村医疗所对疫情迟报;②村麻疹疫苗接种率偏低(35.14%);③村医的传染病报告意识较差;结论①目前博爱县传染病网络直报仅覆盖到乡镇级,存在村级迟报、漏报现象;②由于民族、信仰、卫生意识和经济状况差异,致使西关村麻疹接种率偏低;③切实加强村级传染病报告管理。
Objective To analyze the causes of measles outbreak in Xiguan Village, Bo’ai County, and provide a scientific basis for measles control. Methods The epidemiological survey data of measles in March-April 2008 in Bo’ai County were collected and analyzed. Results The causes of outbreaks of measles in Xiguan Village, Bo’ai County were as follows: (1) the late reporting of the outbreak by village medical clinics; (2) the low vaccination rate of measles vaccine in villages (35.14%); (3) the poor awareness of infectious diseases reported by village doctors; (1) Sickness of the network directly covers only the township level, there are delays at the village level, omission phenomenon; ② due to differences in ethnic groups, beliefs, health awareness and economic conditions, resulting in low coverage of measles in Xiguan Village; ③ strengthen the village-level infectious disease report management.
