执法公信力是人民群众对执法工作的满意度和信任感,检察机关作为法律监督机关,努力提升执法公信力,真正树立起检察机关在人民群众心目中的正面形象,具有十分重要的意义。本文结合笔者所在院的实践做法,谈谈检察机关该如何提升执法公信力,赢得群众满意与信任。
The credibility of law enforcement is a measure of the people’s satisfaction and trust in law enforcement work. It is of great significance for procuratorial organs, as the legal supervisory organs, to work hard to enhance the credibility of law enforcement and really establish the positive image of procuratorial organs in the minds of the people. This article combines the author’s practice in the hospital to talk about how the procuratorial organs should enhance the credibility of law enforcement and win the masses’ satisfaction and trust.
