本文通过试验研究了磷酸盐无机铸造粘结剂中改性剂Mg O、硼酸等因素对粘结剂抗拉强度影响。根据合成原理反应方程式及中和度确定的初始配方为磷酸200g、氢氧化铝46g、水70g。硼酸的加入量会提高砂型的强度,氧化镁固化剂会降低砂型的抗拉强度。最佳砂型硬化强度的硼-铝-镁复合磷酸盐粘结剂配方为:磷酸200g、氢氧化铝38g、硼酸7g、氧化镁4g、水70g。
In this paper, the effects of MgO, boric acid and other modifiers on the tensile strength of binders were investigated experimentally. According to the synthesis principle of the reaction equation and the degree of neutralization of the initial formula to determine the phosphoric acid 200g, aluminum hydroxide 46g, water 70g. Boric acid will increase the amount of sand-type strength, magnesium oxide curing agent will reduce the tensile strength of sand. Best sand hardening strength of boron - aluminum - magnesium complex phosphate binder formulations: phosphoric acid 200g, aluminum hydroxide 38g, boric acid 7g, magnesium oxide 4g, water 70g.
