一、研究目的青春期,又称为青年初期,一般是指个体的性机能从还没有进行到完全成熟的阶段,在生物学上是指人体由不成熟发育到成熟的转化时期,即一个孩子由儿童到成年的过渡时期。青春期教育是学校基础教育的重要组成部分,也是学校素质教育的重要内容。我们不仅要让学生通过青春期教育具备良好的身体素质,更要有正确的自我观念、恰当的行为与情绪、良好的社交能力以及积极向上的心态。所以青春期教育的范围非常广泛,包括青春期生理、心理、青春期保健、性知识教育、艾滋病预防、人口形势、婚育观念等内容。
