图书文献资料是图书馆为读者服务的主要物质基础。从目前情况看,书价上涨很大,购书经费严重不足,特别是中专图书馆,每年仅有的一些经费,除了大部分用作订购期刊、报纸外,一年也订购不了几本图书。图书馆在经费拮据,书费大幅度上涨的情况下,如何摆脱困境,促进自身发展;如何利用有限的资金,最大限度地收集我馆所需的图书文献资科,以满足教学和科研的需要,并使馆藏丰富而有持色,就成为问题,客观地摆在每位图书
Library literature is the main material base for library services for readers. Judging from the current situation, book prices have risen sharply, and there is a serious shortage of funds for purchasing books. In particular, only the secondary technical libraries have some funds each year. Apart from most of them for ordering periodicals and newspapers, they can not order a few books a year. How to get rid of the predicament and promote its own development under the circumstance of tight fund and huge increase of books fees? How to use the limited funds to collect the library and literature resources needed by our library as much as possible so as to satisfy the need of teaching and scientific research? , And make the collection rich and impartial, it becomes a problem, objectively placed in each book
