本文研究了脉冲空心阴极灯作为氢化物发生-非色散原子荧光法的光源的可能性。在微机所选择的最佳条件下,脉冲空心阴极灯可以激发出砷、锑、铋及其他氢化物元素的强烈原子荧光,所测得的检出限可以与无电极放电灯的数据相媲美。对砷、锑、铋、汞、硒、碲其检出限分别为2×10~(-10),2×10~(-10),4×10~(-10),3×10~(-11),4×10~(-11)以及5.10~(-11)g/ml。脉冲空心阴极灯操作方便,容易调制。由于各种氢化物元素测定时的最佳火焰高度近于一致,所提出的技术特别适用于多元素测定。方法曾用于GSD系列地球化学标样中砷、锑、铋、汞的测定,分析结果与推荐值甚为吻合。
This paper investigates the possibility of a pulsed hollow cathode lamp as a light source for hydride generation-non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Under the optimal conditions selected by the microcomputer, the pulsed hollow cathode lamp can excite intense atomic fluorescence of arsenic, antimony, bismuth and other hydride elements, and the detection limit can be compared with the data of the electrodeless discharge lamp. The detection limits of arsenic, antimony, bismuth, mercury, selenium and tellurium are 2 × 10 -10, 2 × 10 -10, 4 × 10 -10, 3 × 10 ~ -11), 4 × 10 ~ (-11) and 5.10 ~ (-11) g / ml. Pulsed hollow cathode lamp easy to operate, easy to modulate. The proposed technique is particularly suitable for multi-element determinations because the optimum flame height for the various hydride element determinations is near unity. The method has been used for the determination of arsenic, antimony, bismuth and mercury in GSD series geochemical standards. The analytical results are in good agreement with the recommended values.
