目的对湖北省2009-2010年小型灭螺工程的成本-效果情况进行研究,为今后血防事业的投入提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式收集工程资料,对湖北省2009-2010年183项已竣工的小型灭螺工程进行成本-效果分析。结果 183项已竣工的小型灭螺工程有螺面积下降率为32.86%,灭螺覆盖率为40.15%,单位面积灭螺费用为0.39元/m2,有螺面积下降1%的费用为67.34万元。其中,传播控制地区小型灭螺工程的效果高于传播阻断和地区;蓄水养殖类工程因环境封闭,效果好于沟渠类工程、洲滩类工程及综合类工程。结论小型灭螺工程成本低,见效快且效果好,具有很好的社会效果和重要的实际意义,值得继续开展。
Objective To study the cost-effectiveness of the small-scale snail-killing project in Hubei Province from 2009 to 2010, and to provide the basis for future investment in the blood-shelter cause. Methods The project data were collected by means of questionnaire survey, and the cost-effectiveness analysis of 183 completed small-scale snail-killing projects in Hubei Province from 2009 to 2010 was conducted. Results The results of 183 small snail projects that have been completed showed a decrease rate of 32.86%, a snail coverage rate of 40.15%, a unit cost of 0.39 yuan / m2 and a 1% decrease of snail area of 673,400 yuan . Among them, the small-scale snail-killing works in areas with controlled dissemination had a higher effect than those with blockades and areas; aquaculture and aquaculture projects were closed due to the environment and had better effects than ditches, beaches and integrated projects. Conclusion The small snail-killing project has the advantages of low cost, quick and effective effect, good social effect and important practical significance, so it is worth continuing.
