提笔为文,制题首当其冲。标题的制作应有升华之笔。如何使新闻标题“升华”呢? 由点及面的扩展式升华要先选好一个点,然后再把它拓宽为一个面,使所报道的人或事更具有普遍的社会意义。1988年4月下旬,我得知潞城县已两个多月没有供应农用柴油的信息,立即赶往潞城,分别采访了县石油公司的农机公司。原来,石油公司控制着油,农机公司把持着供油证,双方在争夺供油的权力。由于互不相让,农用柴油长达两个多月没供应到农民手里。油源不停库容有限,潞城石油油库暴满,无奈只好求助于兄弟油库代储。据此,我写了一条消息,肩题是:“公家油库胀破肚,农家油箱腹中空”。主题是:“潞城大打石油供权战”。副题是:“300吨柴油长眠库房不苏醒;200台农机抛锚庭院成‘死龟”’。
