In his political account, Deng Xiaoping systematically elaborated the issue of establishing a new generation of the CPC Central Leadership and emphasized that the key to the issue of China lies in establishing a good leadership of the Central Government. To gain the trust of the people, the new leadership must establish a stable image of reform and opening up, oppose corruption, maintain stability and unity, and uphold socialism. Starting from reality, Deng Xiaoping put forward specific requirements and suggestions on the selection criteria for the members who entered the new team, their own qualities and the internal relations of the new team. Practice has proved that Deng Xiaoping’s theory of establishing a new central leading collective is correct
