通过交流阻抗和动电位极化的方法研究了A05、A33-308、A493种耐磨合金在酸性NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能。实验表明,这3种合金在介质中呈现出全面的腐蚀状态,极化曲线和阻抗解析数据亦证明A33-308和A49合金的耐蚀性能较好。3种合金的耐磨性能测试表明,A33-308合金是一种优良的泵体材料。
The corrosion resistance of A05, A33-308 and A493 wear-resistant alloys in acid NaCl solution was studied by AC impedance and potentiodynamic polarization. Experiments show that these three kinds of alloys show a complete corrosion state in the medium, polarization curves and impedance analysis data also show that A33-308 and A49 alloy corrosion resistance better. Three kinds of alloy wear resistance tests show that, A33-308 alloy is an excellent pump material.
