在国民经济发展过程中,矿山企业扮演了重要的角色。大部分矿山企业在供应链管理过程中,以传统管理模式为主。随着矿山企业数量及规模的不断扩大,传统管理模式所带来的负面影响愈来愈大,对生态环境带来了一定程度的危害。如何高效利用资源及最低限度产生污染成为了矿山企业所必须关注的问题。基于此,本文对绿色供应链管理在矿山企业管理中的应用进行了探讨,并提出了相关举措,以供参考。
In the process of national economic development, mining enterprises play an important role. Most of the mining enterprises in the supply chain management process, based on the traditional management model. With the continuous expansion of the number and size of mining enterprises, the negative impact brought by the traditional management mode is getting bigger and larger, which brings a certain degree of harm to the ecological environment. How to make efficient use of resources and minimize pollution have become the problems that mining enterprises must pay attention to. Based on this, this paper discusses the application of green supply chain management in mining enterprise management and puts forward relevant measures for reference.
